Krishak League central leader arrested in the capital
The Intelligence Department (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has announced the arrest of a central leader of the Krishak League.

DMP DB sources say that the arrested person is Rezaul Karim Ujjal (50). He is the central vice-president of the Krishak League. He was arrested from a house in Sector 4 of Uttara in the capital. A team from the DB of the Ramna Division of the DMP arrested him at around 11:20 pm on Saturday.
Ilias Kabir, Deputy Commissioner of the Ramna Division of the DB, said that Rezaul has three cases against him.
The DB says that Rezaul held various positions in the Chhatra League and Jubo League. He sought party nomination in the 2008 national elections. His permanent address is Ghior, Manikganj.
